Course Description

This is the final year of a construction management degree, for students who have already completed the HND in Construction with our partner college. Entry is restricted to those graduates, so it is a progression route rather than an open application. The year deals with what senior site and project roles actually involve: modern methods of construction, running projects to time and budget, resolving disputes before they become claims, and a second industry project that puts it together. Entry Requirements

This top-up year is open only to students who have completed the HND in Construction at our partner college. It is not an open-entry course: if you hold an HND or a level 5 qualification from elsewhere, talk to an advisor first and we will tell you honestly whether there is a route for you.

Don't have A-levels? No problem.

We accept equivalent European qualifications: Diploma de Bacalaureat (Romania), Matura (Poland), Abitur (Germany), Baccalaureat (France), and more. Career changers and mature students with relevant UK work experience are also welcome.
