We are not a university, a government body, or Student Finance England (SFE). We do not approve or deny funding applications. All eligibility and financial decisions are made solely by the relevant authorities.

Recommendations, guidance, and application support are based on the information you provide and do not constitute any guarantee of acceptance or funding.

3. User Account

Some features of the App require account creation. You agree to provide accurate details and keep them updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Data Sharing and Advisory Calls

When you submit your contact details through UniStart, you consent to being contacted by AllCampus advisors for eligibility checks, course discussions, interview preparation, and guidance regarding your university application.

Your data is shared with a university only if you confirm that you wish to proceed with an application.

5. Acceptable Use

• You must not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or Site.
• You must not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to disrupt the operation of the platform.
• You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• You must not impersonate another person or provide false information.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, graphics, text, images, and guides within UniStart are owned or licensed by ALLCAMPUS UK LIMITED. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without prior written permission.

7. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we provide accurate guidance, we do not guarantee admission into any specific course or institution. All decisions regarding eligibility, acceptance, funding, and enrolment are made solely by the respective universities and Student Finance authorities.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of UniStart, including decisions made by third parties such as universities or Student Finance England.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to UniStart if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or unlawful behavior.
